Our Commitment

We are committed to providing a high standard of medical care and patient experience.

We recognise that, on occasion, patients may have concerns or feel dissatisfied with aspects of their care.
All feedback is taken seriously and is viewed as an opportunity to review, clarify, and improve our services where appropriate.

Raising a Concern

If you have a concern regarding your care, we encourage you to contact the clinic directly in the first instance.

Concerns may be raised via:

  • Telephone
  • Email
  • In person with clinic staff

Where possible, we recommend providing:

  • Your name and contact details
  • A clear description of your concern
  • Relevant dates or treatment details

This allows us to respond appropriately and efficiently.

Our Approach

All concerns are managed in a respectful, confidential, and timely manner.

Our process typically includes:

  1. Acknowledgement of your concern
  2. Review of your clinical records and circumstances
  3. Response, which may include clarification, explanation, or proposed next steps

Where appropriate, a review consultation may be offered to assess and discuss your concerns in detail.

Timeframes

We aim to:

  • Acknowledge receipt of a complaint within a reasonable timeframe
  • Provide a considered response once the matter has been reviewed

Timeframes may vary depending on the complexity of the concern.

Possible Outcomes

Depending on the nature of the concern, outcomes may include:

  • Explanation or clarification of treatment
  • Clinical review or follow-up
  • Discussion of further management options

Each matter is assessed individually.

Respectful Communication

We are committed to maintaining a professional and respectful environment for both patients and staff.

We ask that all communication remains respectful.
Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may limit our ability to continue engagement.
