Overview

At our practice, all treatments and procedures are performed following a comprehensive medical consultation, with careful consideration of individual anatomy, goals, and suitability.

This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are managed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Consultation Fees
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable, except where cancellation occurs in accordance with our Fees & Cancellation Policy
  • Consultation fees are not redeemable against treatment

The consultation represents a professional medical service involving time, assessment, and clinical expertise.

Non-Surgical Treatments

Fees for non-surgical treatments are not refundable once the treatment has been performed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Neuromodulator treatments
  • Dermal filler treatments
  • Skin quality and regenerative treatments
  • Fat dissolving treatments

Aesthetic outcomes can vary between individuals and are influenced by factors beyond clinical control.

Surgical Procedures

For surgical procedures:

  • Deposits and payments are subject to the terms provided at the time of booking
  • Cancellation or rescheduling of surgery may incur fees depending on notice provided and costs already incurred

Detailed financial consent will be provided prior to proceeding with surgery.

Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations
  • Decisions not to proceed after treatment planning

Aesthetic treatments are elective and require careful consideration prior to proceeding.
